Every 90 seconds x10 rounds:

2 Snatches from the knee (Don’t pull straight from the knee. Be patient, keep the knees bent, get the bar to the top of the thigh before exploding to full extension. Should be squat snatches. If not, power snatch and practice overhead squat.)
