Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Baydog CrossFit is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises during our CrossFit 101 Classes. These are what is considered our On-Ramp or Introductory classes to CrossFit. Taught by one our certified trainers, these classes are for first-timers who may not feel comfortable with the CrossFit movements/workouts.

If you are already familiar with CrossFit methodologies and have trained in another certified location, feel free to take advantage of our free trail class during any of our scheduled class tiems. Prior to your initial workout, we discuss your fitness level and knowledge of CrossFit and will adjust your initial workout accordingly.
