Why CrossFit?

CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you use in real life every day. At Baydog CrossFit we use a wide array of these functional movements combined with, core, weight lifting, plyometrics, gymnastics, sports, and flexibility activities to provide a challenging, fun and safe fitness environment to develop ones entire level of fitness.

We do not isolate our members to work by themselves on non-functional machines like typical gyms. Rather we have our members work together as a machine to complete workouts and reach their fitness potentials.
